Spring HVAC Maintenance Checklist
- Replace filters
- Replace belts as needed
- Lubricate and inspect bearing conditions
- Start cooling
- Check refrigerant operating pressures
- Check economizer operation (if applicable)
- Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks
- Check crankcase heater operation (if applicable)
- Inspect electrical disconnect for proper operation
- Tighten electrical connections
- Inspect safety controls
- Measure volts / amps on motors
- Blow out condensate drain and clean pan
- Check supply and return air temperatures
Summer HVAC Maintenance Checklist
- Replace filters
- Inspect belt condition
- Lubricate and inspect bearing conditions
- Cycle cooling
- Check refrigerant operating pressures
- Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks
- Check crankcase heater operation
- Clean condensate drain
- Check supply and return air temperatures
Fall HVAC Maintenance Checklist
