Just had 2 heat pumps installed at home by Therm-all. Jake, Rob and Tyson were great to deal with and professional during the install. Highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs you may have!

I highly recommend Therm-All to anyone who needs an AC service. Robert provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer. Outstanding. 11/10. I’m super pleased with the annual maintenance furnace service from Therm-all. Robert did a really great job - on time, clean, thorough, and careful not to damage doorways while carrying his tools, vacuum cleaner.So often, we settle for okay-but-not-great service. This is not Jeff and his team. Wow. This is my second time using them for annual maintenance. I will be back again for sure.

These guys are absolutely wonderful kind , respectful , hardest working , knowledgeable techs I’ve ever had!! Bar none! Rob, Lucas and Enrique went totally above and beyond and back again!!!!! To make sure my system was installed correctly and running like a champ! My apartment has been in the high 80’s now its sweater weather at my place!!! 68’ Fahrenheit!!!!!!!!!! We were very pleased with how the Term-All crew approached the relocation and installation of our air conditioner. Jeff who oversaw the project was very helpful as we thought through solutions around how to approach the project. And then, the 2-member crew arrived promptly as scheduled, and both Robert and Tyson were receptive to our input with respect to where we wanted to locate the unit and the piping. They also were open to answering our questions and they were careful to fully clean up after the job was done. We had three quotes for this job, and we are happy that we chose Therm-All.

Good help is hard to find, but Therm-All has hit the jackpot. We Had the most wonderful experience with Robert from Therm-All. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and made sure we understood what the issue was, and how he was going to repair it. He also made sure to thoroughly explain how how our furnace works, how it should be running, and things we should look out for. Robert was beyond helpful, knowledgable, professional, friendly and honest. He will be the reason that we use Therm-All in the future, and will recommend them to anyone who has furnace issues. After being very pleased with the work performed by Therm-All when we needed our pool heater replaced, we were very happy to work with them again when we decided to update our air conditioner, furnace, and water heater. Throughout all these projects, the team was very punctual, professional, and courteous. We really appreciated the level of communication the team provided and it’s clear they take pride in the level of customer service and quality work that they deliver. Pool Heater: This company sent someone to diagnose my pool heater on May 3, 2022. When the person left, he said we would hear from him before the end of the day. We never heard from him again, but we did receive an invoice three months later in August of 2022! I was astonished. Somehow, and they don't know how, they lost us for that time period. Anyway, they sent someone out again, Enrique, who was wonderful, polite, and made a different (and much cheaper) diagnosis and repaired the heater within a couple of hours. What a wonderful experience we had. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them in the future for all of my mechanical needs. Also a big shout out to Jeff in admin who arranged everything. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

Therm-All Inc. did a wonderful job installing our pool heater. The turnaround time between contacting them and installation was less then a week and they installed it very well. They are also very responsive when it comes to answering questions. Highly recommend their service!

Called Jim 3 years ago for a gas fireplace repair. exceptional service and response speed.3 weeks ago we called Jim and he coordinated a major pool heating system installation. It started with their plumbing team...to the gas installation team...to the electrical team...the professionalism from each technician was exceptional. Jim speed in responding to questions with answers, quotes and equipment recommendations is always fast.This company is exceptional and we would and already have recommended to anyone.

In April 2022, we had an above ground pool natural gas heater installed by Therm-All Inc. From beginning to end it was a pleasant and professional experience. Detailed quote was provided after home visit - all questions were answered and safety issues were highlighted. Installers arrived on time and were very professional and again did not mind answering our questions. Pricing was competitive. We would highly recommend this company.

Therm-all was a fantastic company to deal with. They were quick to come out and see the property and quote the job on the spot. The quote was actually less than I was expecting for an installed central air system. Once the deposit was paid, the equipment was ordered and the installation began a couple of weeks later. It was early spring, so I managed to get this complete before the seasonal rush! The two technicians spent a day getting this installed. They were very knowledgeable and the workmanship was professional. I was very happy with the entire process and final result.

Great experience dealing with this company and it was easy right from the beginning. Called for quote, Jim came next day, gave quote. I got three quotes and Therm-all was the best. Enrique and Scott did the installation of new furnace and a/c. They were professional, hard working, very respectful and kind. My friend had them install her furnace and recommended them. I have had these guys to my house 3 times in the past year for various electrical issues. They have been quick, efficient and very professional. Their price point was very reasonable, when they were done their work. You wouldn’t even know they were here. No clean up afterwords. Came out, gave me an estimate and arranged to do the work swiftly afterwards and even that day. I will definitely have them back for any project or everyday issues.

We had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink that i tried to snake down to about 15-20’. They had equipment to snake the line out to 100’ with no problem. The worker was very nice, courteous , fast and solved my problem. Well done!!

This company comes highly recommended by my wife and I. From Start to Finish they were very personable, professional, clean and workable.Andrew Whitlock was our point of contact and could npt have been easier to work with. He stood true to his word and wanted our business and to get us the correct solution to our need. Jeff Hawkins looked after the install and was simple and professional. His crew turned up on the scheduled day and to encompass a good customer experience both him and Andrew came by to make sure the job was going well. Ryan and Joel were the install technicians and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They were both very conscientious, professional and wanted to give us a quality install. No fuss no mess! I have worked with many contractors and have been a contractor myself. They are fair priced and want to do the best for their customer. Significantly more client oriented business model than their competitors. This company is local, and gives back to the community. That is if the lower prices weren't reason enough to use these guys. They'll get all my requests from now on, for any service they offer.

They installed a new furnace from Home Depot and a new hot water tank, which they supplied. It took them just a few hours, and they removed the old furnace and returned the old hot water tank to Reliance. I'm very happy with their job.

My water heater blew out the bottom on New Year's weekend. I contacted Therm-All (based on a recommendation) that Sunday, and my heater was replaced the following day (Monday) by 10am! They were fantastic! They were responsive, answering the phone and all my emails even though it was a holiday weekend. They offered a fantastic price and mobilized the install the very next day. They were professional, courteous, fast and took the time to answer all my questions.I will definitely be using them again. I was thinking about replacing furnace/AC this spring, and now I know where to go!

Jeff and Dan at Therm-All were excellent to work with - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had an AC system installed with them. Even when an issue arose post installation, Jeff immediately took ownership, investigated and committed to addressing the matter. I've already referred Therm-All to several colleagues and neighbors and would certainly engage them again on any future projects.

Sunday night as the sun set I realized my furnace was not working. Monday morning I called Therm-All to inspect/repair. Turned out I needed a new one. By Tuesday at noon it was installed, running and my house was warm again! The team was professional, respectful, neat, honest, quick and efficient. I can't say thank you enough for getting our home warm and toasty again. 100% recommend!
